This transformative 12-week initiative, running from February 21 to May 22, 2025, is designed to promote healthier lifestyles and combat obesity—a growing global health concern.

A New Twist: The Family Category

Now in its fifth year, the challenge introduces an all-new Family Category, encouraging parents, children, and extended family members to work together towards better health. This addition aims to make the weight loss journey more inclusive, engaging, and sustainable by fostering accountability and teamwork within households.

Physical Challenge: Top male and female participants will receive Dh300, Dh200, and Dh100 per kilogram lost.

School Weight Loss Team: Schools can form teams of 10 or more staff members, with additional recognition for the school recording the lowest average BMI among students.
