This is, in fact, a question of self-introspection in a world where people flow along in a tide of monotony. Almost all of us commute to the same place to do the same work at the same time. Slowly, we become slaves of habits. We lose the thirst for anything new.

We surrender ourselves to the daily doldrums of life even without our own knowledge of the same. Have a dialogue with yourself. Ask the very person in the mirror when was the last time he/she tried his/her hand in something new. When you say something new, it doesnt mean you have to squander money to do it. You could do so much with least or zero expense.

It could be anything you never tried before; cooking a new dish alien to your native cuisine, trying something artsy, venturing out into a new place, waking up at twilight, stargazing, growing a plant, learning a new language, taking up any adventurous tasks like paragliding or bungee jumping, etc. The thing is, the world has much more than what we have explored, read, tasted and experienced.

As long as we tend to remain in our own bubble, we will not realize how beautiful and vast this earth is. After all, we dont want to be those old folks regretting the way of our lives, on the deathbed. If you can find a satisfactory answer to the question, you are lucky, if not, you need to have a second thought now. Do not let yourself be a product of somebody elses plans and ideas.

Design your life your way. None but you are the one holding that anchor. It is up to you whether you should remain in the harbour or venture out into the magic of the unexplored waters! Dont wait for the mountains to call, just go!
