Dubai’s Global Village Extends Season 30 Until May 31 for Eid Al Adha Celebrations

Global Village has announced a three-week extension of its milestone Season 30, allowing visitors to enjoy the multicultural destination until Sunday, May 31, 2026, coinciding with the Eid Al Adha holiday period.

The announcement was made on May 10, the original closing date for the season, through the destination’s official social media channels. The extension comes after the attraction remained closed for more than 51 days earlier this year due to regional tensions before reopening on April 20 with special promotions and shopping offers.

The extended season is expected to provide residents and tourists with additional opportunities to experience the destination’s cultural attractions, entertainment shows, shopping outlets, and dining experiences throughout the Eid break.

As part of the extension celebrations, visitors can access unlimited rides at Carnaval for Dh99, while a Family Offer will provide four entry tickets for Dh30. Additional entry tickets will be available for Dh7.5 each, making the attraction more accessible for families and groups during the holiday period.

Fernando Eiroa, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Entertainment, said concluding the season during Eid Al Adha allows the destination to celebrate alongside residents, visitors, and families who contributed to the success of Season 30.

He added that preparations are already underway for Season 31, with continued focus on enhancing guest experiences and strengthening Global Village’s position as a leading regional destination for culture, entertainment, dining, and retail.

During the extension period, operating hours will also be adjusted. The destination will remain open from 5pm to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays, while operating from 5pm to midnight from Sunday to Thursday.

Throughout Season 30, Global Village featured more than 90 cultures, over 3,500 retail outlets, and more than 250 dining options from around the world.

Among the destination’s attractions are Neon Galaxy, an adventure challenge zone featuring interactive games, and Dragon Kingdom, an immersive fantasy-themed experience with 11 interactive rooms. Visitors can also explore the Shooting Zone, which offers activities including airsoft and smart shooting experiences.

Another popular attraction is Gardens of the World, showcasing themed landscapes inspired by global cultures, including Japanese zen gardens and European-style floral displays.
