TTE and R2 Partner to Bring Global Creative Expertise and Local Market Intelligence to the Middle East
Middle East-based business advisory and growth partner TTE has announced a strategic partnership with French creative agency R2 to expand its services into digital marketing and branding and support R2’s entry into the regional market.
The announcement was made in Dubai, with Jean-Christophe Paris, Consul General of France in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, in attendance. The partnership will use TTE’s established regional operations and business networks to support R2’s development across the Middle East.
TTE has more than three decades of experience supporting businesses with market entry, business development, corporate services, compliance and talent solutions. The addition of digital marketing and branding marks the launch of its fifth business unit.
TTE and R2 Combine Regional Business Expertise with Global Creativity
The partnership aims to connect commercial strategy, cultural understanding and creative capabilities to help businesses strengthen their market positioning and expand across the Middle East.
Under the joint offering, clients will have access to services covering:
-
Brand positioning and corporate identity
-
Communications and advertising strategies
-
Content development and production
-
Digital platforms and experiences
-
Social media strategy and management
The services will target regional companies seeking stronger brand recognition, international businesses entering new markets and established organisations looking to refresh their market presence.
TTE will contribute its knowledge of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the wider region, alongside its established business relationships. R2 will bring multidisciplinary creative teams and international experience in branding, strategy and digital projects.
R2 Establishes Its Dubai Presence Through TTE Partnership
The agreement marks R2’s expansion into the Middle East, with Dubai serving as its regional entry point. The agency has an international portfolio of creative, strategic and digital projects for global brands.
Richard Rohou, CEO of R2, said entering a new market requires more than transferring creative ideas across borders, highlighting the importance of trust, local knowledge and having the right people on the ground.
He added: “This partnership is a genuine two-way commitment. TTE gives R2 a platform to develop in Dubai and, through its regional presence, in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. In return, we bring the strategic and creative expertise that helps companies turn business ambition into strong, distinctive brands.”
Rohou said both companies aim to build a long-term partnership that creates opportunities for their businesses while delivering value to clients.
TTE Adds Digital Marketing and Branding as Its Fifth Business Unit
The partnership forms part of TTE’s broader business development strategy and the introduction of a refreshed corporate identity.
The new division, LAUNCH, joins four existing business units:
-
ENGAGE: Project Management and Growth
-
ESTABLISH: Corporate Services
-
OPERATE: Accounting and Compliance
-
BUILD: People and Talent
-
LAUNCH: Branding and Digital Marketing
Through LAUNCH, TTE clients will gain access to R2’s creative, branding and digital capabilities while continuing to benefit from TTE’s regional business support.
Jean-Pierre Labry, Partner at TTE, said the company has spent three decades supporting the growth of local, regional and international businesses in the Middle East.
He said: “Today, the next stage of that journey involves how businesses position themselves, tell their stories and connect with audiences. Joining forces with R2 is about building a new offering together. We bring regional access and business understanding; R2 brings international creative expertise. That combination gives our clients a stronger platform for growth and creates new opportunities for both partners.”
Partnership Targets Businesses Navigating Digital and AI-Driven Markets
As digital platforms, search technologies and artificial intelligence reshape how businesses are discovered and evaluated, companies face growing pressure to maintain clear brand identities and consistent communication across different channels.
TTE and R2 intend to help clients improve visibility, credibility and differentiation across both physical and digital platforms by combining business priorities with brand strategy and digital marketing.
Rami Khalifa, Regional Director of TTE, said: “Our clients need more than individual services. They need connected thinking that brings business priorities, brand positioning and digital visibility together. Through our collaboration with R2, we can respond to that need with both local market understanding and international creative capabilities.”
TTE and R2 Build on Complementary Regional and International Capabilities
Hassan Al Redha, Founder and Partner at TTE, said the partnership strengthens the company's ability to support clients throughout different stages of business development.
He said: “Our business has always been built on long-term relationships and a deep understanding of the region. This partnership strengthens what we can offer clients at every stage of their development. We see this new business unit as an important extension of our capabilities.”
With established operations in Dubai, Riyadh and Cairo, TTE provides regional access and business continuity, while R2 contributes expertise in brand positioning, advertising, content production, social media and digital experiences.
The partnership represents two developments: TTE's expansion into a broader business growth offering through five complementary divisions, and R2's entry into the Middle East through an established regional partner.
