Soika Labs opens early access to Mockingjay Network AI platform in UAE
Dubai-based Soika Labs has opened early access to its agentic artificial intelligence platform, Mockingjay Network, offering businesses 5,000 complimentary credits to deploy specialised AI agents and connect them through a global network.
The platform enables AI agents from different companies to communicate and collaborate on shared objectives through the Global Agentic Neural Network (GANN).
The early access programme is open to UAE residents and allows businesses to build agents for functions including hiring, customer relationship management (CRM), communications and real estate.
The launch comes as the UAE advances its National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031, with businesses increasingly looking to apply AI to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Mockingjay Network targets business automation
Soika Labs describes Mockingjay Network as an agentic operating system for businesses, designed to integrate AI agents into everyday operations.
The platform combines multiple large language models (LLMs) with intelligent routing, directing tasks to suitable models based on their requirements.
According to the company, this approach can reduce credit consumption by up to 70 per cent.
Mockingjay Network also allows businesses to coordinate specialised agents across different functions.
In marketing, an orchestrator called Mockingbird can manage campaign planning, social media, online advertising, events, public relations and website activity.
A company use case presented by Soika Labs shows a campaign moving from brief to launch in 14 days, compared with 11 weeks previously.
AI agents support procurement and real estate
The platform’s procurement capabilities allow a single enquiry to be sent to 12 suppliers simultaneously.
Quotes can then be ranked and standardised across currencies, Incoterms and delivery lead times before contract and compliance checks are completed.
Real estate companies can use AI agents to prepare and publish property listings, qualify enquiries, schedule viewings and assemble documentation, alongside sales and customer relationship activities.
The company said the platform is designed to help businesses coordinate workflows across multiple functions rather than rely on separate AI tools for individual tasks.
Human oversight remains part of the platform
Enzo Amur, CEO of Soika Labs, said the early access phase would allow businesses to test the technology while helping the company understand how organisations want to use it.
He said the UAE provides an environment for developing and scaling advanced AI, adding that businesses in the country could play a leading role in adopting agentic AI for everyday operations.
Mockingjay Network allows organisations to configure permissions, access levels and approval points, keeping human oversight in place as AI agents take on more tasks.
The early access programme will also help Soika Labs assess how companies integrate agents into their operations and their readiness for collaboration between businesses through AI agents.
The company plans a wider launch in December 2026.
