Sheikh Mohammed to Crown Winners of Dh1-Million Hope Maker Prize on February 23

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, will honor the winners of the Dh1 million Hope Makers prize on February 23. The prestigious award celebrates individuals and initiatives that make significant humanitarian contributions, inspiring positive change in their communities.

Sheikh Mohammed emphasized the importance of fostering hope, stating:
"Life taught me that to make hope is to make life. Hope is the bridge that connects the reality we live with the future we aspire to. We must build bridges for millions of young people so that despair does not take hold, because to believe in hope is to believe in life itself."

Fifth Edition Sees Record Participation

More than 26,000 young men and women have participated in the fifth edition of the Hope Makers initiative, showcasing their commitment to humanitarian efforts. The award not only recognizes their contributions but also encourages further development of impactful programs that help others.

The Hope Makers prize, launched as part of Sheikh Mohammed’s humanitarian vision, continues to empower changemakers across the Arab world, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global hub for philanthropy and social development.
