“Shamsa” Welcomes Visitors to Sharjah Summer Promotions 2025 with Joyful Airport Event
Visitors arriving at Sharjah International Airport were greeted with a festive welcome as the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), in collaboration with the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority (SCTDA), launched a vibrant promotional campaign for Sharjah Summer Promotions 2025.
The event highlighted Shamsa Entertainment City, one of the most anticipated attractions of this year’s promotions, designed to offer families and children a wide range of entertainment experiences. The initiative also underscored Sharjah’s growing reputation as a family-friendly shopping and tourism hub that continues to attract thousands of visitors during the summer season.
The airport activation featured the presence of Shamsa, the cheerful mascot representing the joy and spirit of Sharjah Summer Promotions. Shamsa warmly welcomed inbound travellers, especially families and children, with interactive greetings and engaging activities. Visitors received gifts, discount coupons, and free entry tickets to Shamsa Entertainment City at Expo Centre Sharjah, further enhancing their summer experience.
The initiative reflects the joint efforts of SCCI and SCTDA to strengthen Sharjah’s position as a leading destination for cultural tourism, retail, and family entertainment, while reinforcing its identity as a city of joy during the summer months.
