Sdeira Group Showcases Integrated Living Solutions at LIVEX 2026

Sdeira Group, part of AD Ports Group, showcased its approach to developing integrated living environments focused on quality of life, wellbeing and economic growth at the inaugural Liveability and Investment Exhibition (LIVEX 2026) in Abu Dhabi.

Organised by the Department of Municipalities and Transport, LIVEX 2026 brought together government entities, developers and industry leaders to discuss the future of liveability and investment in Abu Dhabi and beyond.

Sdeira's participation highlighted its growing role in developing and operating sustainable, efficiently managed living environments designed around the needs of communities and the industries they support.

Mugharraq Community model unveiled

A key feature of Sdeira's exhibition stand was the first public showcase of a model of its upcoming Mugharraq Community in Al Dhafra.

The development is being designed to serve companies and employees in the energy sector, with a focus on locating accommodation and essential services close to the industries and infrastructure they support.

The community will integrate accommodation, services and amenities within a single environment, reflecting Sdeira's approach to creating living spaces around the requirements of residents and employees.

Focus on sustainability and operational efficiency

Sdeira also highlighted its sustainability initiatives and operational performance across its developments.

At Aryam ICAD, a 14-month redevelopment project being delivered in collaboration with TAQA, the initiative is expected to reduce annual electricity consumption by approximately 36 GWh.

The project is also expected to cut annual water consumption by more than 616,000 cubic metres and reduce carbon emissions by nearly 17,000 tonnes.

These measures form part of Sdeira's focus on improving the efficiency and sustainability of the living environments it develops and operates.

Supporting Abu Dhabi's liveability ambitions

During LIVEX 2026, Sdeira's senior leadership team engaged with customers, partners and prospective clients at its exhibition stand.

The Group used the event to highlight its expanding role in providing living infrastructure that supports Abu Dhabi's wider social and economic development.

By combining accommodation, services, amenities and operational management, Sdeira is developing a model of group living intended to support both residents and the industries that contribute to the emirate's economic activity.
