Dubai-headquartered fintech company Infinite Business Solutions (IBS) is strengthening its presence across the Middle East and Africa, with Saudi Arabia emerging as its largest market as the company expands its self-service payment and digital transaction technologies.

Founded by Jordanian entrepreneurs Ibrahim Darraz and Mohammad Al-Azzeh, IBS currently supports millions of secure transactions each month across more than 10 countries, serving organisations in financial services, telecommunications, government and other sectors.

The company describes Saudi Arabia as its largest market and says it has established a leading position in the regional market for remittance and currency exchange kiosks, as well as telecom self-service machines.

IBS provides technology solutions to financial institutions, exchange houses, telecom operators and government organisations, helping them automate customer services, expand access to digital transactions and improve operational efficiency.

More than 1,500 kiosks deployed

Since its establishment, IBS has deployed more than 1,500 self-service kiosks and 25,000 point-of-sale (POS) terminals across its markets.

The company's technology infrastructure currently supports hundreds of thousands of users and processes millions of digital transactions each month.

IBS operates across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, North Africa and Rwanda, providing digital transformation solutions to organisations in telecommunications, banking, financial services, government, education and digital aggregation.

The company's solutions are designed to automate customer interactions, reduce operational costs, improve service accessibility and create additional revenue opportunities for businesses and public-sector organisations.

Cloud platform supports digital channels

At the centre of IBS' technology offering is its proprietary e-Channels Management Platform, a cloud-based system designed to provide centralised management of multiple digital channels.

The platform includes features for real-time monitoring, reporting, analytics, customer management and operational control, allowing organisations to manage large-scale digital transactions through a unified infrastructure.

IBS' technology portfolio includes iKiosk, iPOS, iVoucher, iMobile, iWallet and iWeb, covering various self-service, payment, mobile and digital service requirements.

The company said its platform is designed to support high transaction volumes and the operational requirements of organisations managing multiple digital channels.

Regional expansion

IBS' expansion comes as financial institutions, telecom operators and government organisations across the region increase their adoption of automated and self-service technologies.

Saudi Arabia's position as the company's largest market has contributed significantly to its regional growth, while its operations across the wider Middle East and Africa have expanded its customer and transaction footprint.

The company has also received international industry recognition for its technology solutions. Wealth & Finance International named IBS “Best Multi-Channel Automated Payment Solutions Provider – Middle East” in 2023 and subsequently recognised the company for innovation in self-service technology.

With its growing network of kiosks, POS terminals and digital platforms, IBS is positioning its technology infrastructure to support the continued shift towards automated and digitally enabled financial and customer services across the region.
