Orient Insurance, the largest listed insurer in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and part of the Al-Futtaim Group, has appointed Turki Bin Mamdouh Alshahrani as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) branch.

Mr. Alshahrani brings extensive experience and a strong track record in the insurance industry to his new role. He is recognized for his leadership in driving innovation, digital transformation, and business growth, which is expected to contribute significantly to the advancement of Orient Insurance's operations in Saudi Arabia.

Prior to joining Orient Insurance, Mr. Alshahrani served as the Deputy CEO and Chief of Operations at Allianz Saudi Arabia, where he led initiatives in innovation, digitalization, profitability, and customer satisfaction. He also held the positions of Chief of Operations and Chief Broking Officer at Aon Risk Solutions Saudi Arabia, where he successfully cultivated strategic relationships with regional and international clients and partners.

Mr. Alshahrani holds a master's degree in Insurance and Risk Management from Cass Business School, London, and is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner. His educational background and professional experience position him to play a crucial role in advancing Orient Insurance’s vision and goals in Saudi Arabia.
