Organising committee of Talent 2033 highlights progress in its achievements
The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) recently evaluated the progress of the Talent 2033 project, which aims to empower human resources and prepare Dubai’s workforce for future challenges. The review meeting took place at the Dubai Chambers, led by H.E. Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of DGHR, and attended by executives and officials from various departments.
During the meeting, the project-organising committee highlighted the phased achievements of the Talent 2033 project. They conducted a thorough analysis of the current situation, discussed preparations for enhancing analytical engines, and reviewed the launch of new project programs. The committee also focused on finalising studies on application mechanisms, ensuring the project aligns with its strategic goals. These initiatives are geared towards capacity-building and competency development in line with international best practices, aiming to significantly empower Emirati professionals and enhance their competitiveness.
H.E. Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi emphasized that the Talent 2033 project underscores DGHR's commitment to equipping human resources with the necessary tools to meet future demands. He noted that the project is crucial for achieving Dubai’s ambitious development goals and strategies, following a roadmap designed to ready national cadres for future roles in both public and private sectors. The initiative also seeks to position Dubai as a global hub for talent and creativity, align educational outcomes with future job requirements, and strengthen the analytical infrastructure of Dubai’s governmental operations.
Before launching the Talent 2033 project, DGHR held several meetings with government and private entities to foster cooperation and develop a unified vision for the future workforce in Dubai.
