KidZania Kuwait focuses on sustainability and energy conservation Second Kids for a Greener World program kicks off
Kuwait, 24 March, 2015: KidZania Kuwait, the exciting kid-sized metropolis, is raising sustainability and energy conservation awareness among the younger generation by running its second Kids for a Greener World program from March 26 to May 2, 2015. Inspired by the Right to Care, one of KidZanias core values and fundamental rights, this years initiative will help children become more responsible towards the environment with a range of fun, eco-friendly practices.
Kids for a Greener World will be split into five different programs, each reflecting KidZanias five RightZkeepers: Urbano, Vita, Chika, Beebop and Bache. Children can learn more about protecting the environment with Urbanos Green Energy Workshop, Vitas Sustainable Agriculture Workshop, Chikas Recycled Fashion Workshop, Beebops Sustainable Art Workshop or Baches Biodiversity Conservation Workshop.
Fernando Medroa, Vice President of Leisure and Entertainment at M.H. Alshaya, said: At KidZania, we believe that all of us are individually responsible for creating a better planet for our future generations. Children are great drivers for change, and we hope that Kids for a Greener World will help us raise environmental awareness. In addition to the workshops, the program will also feature a variety of fun Karnival GameZ and activities in KidZanias establishments that will hone childrens skills through edutainment, KidZanias unique concept of bringing together education and entertainment.
During the program, visitors will also be able to take in the green-inspired decorations displayed around the childrens city while enjoying a spectacular Stomp and Shout Show, flash mobs, and parades featuring their beloved RightZkeepers.
