A new communications consultancy, Impact Metrics, has officially launched in Dubai, introducing a KPI-led approach to PR and corporate communications aimed at delivering measurable business impact.

Founded by Karim Geadah, the firm is designed to align communications strategies directly with business objectives, enabling organisations to track performance through clearly defined key performance indicators (KPIs) such as visibility quality, audience relevance, message traction, and engagement impact.

The consultancy will operate in partnership with Cameo Comms, a firm established in 2020, allowing for a dual structure that combines strategic innovation with executional flexibility to meet diverse client needs.

The launch comes amid a growing shift in the industry, where organisations are demanding greater accountability, transparency, and data-driven decision-making from their communications partners, with a clear focus on return on investment (ROI).

Karim Geadah, Founder and CEO of Impact Metrics, said the company aims to bring discipline and structure to the communications landscape by making performance visible, comparable, and actionable. He emphasised the importance of helping brands understand not just how to shape narratives, but also how those narratives perform in-market.

Impact Metrics is already working with clients across sectors including real estate, construction, sustainability, finance, education, and technology, offering services in brand communications, executive positioning, corporate reputation, and media strategy.

With its performance-focused model, the consultancy seeks to bridge the gap between storytelling and measurable outcomes, supporting both in-house marketing teams and external communications functions in achieving greater precision and impact.
