Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU) participated in WETEX 2025, held under the theme “Innovation in Health, Safety, and Wellbeing.” The university highlighted its leadership in smart education, health sciences, and sustainability through the School of Health Sciences and the School of Sustainability and Green Economy.

HBMSU showcased its accredited academic programs, including the Master of Science in Hospital Management, Master of Public Health, Master in Environmental Management and Sustainability, as well as bachelor’s programs in Health Administration and Sustainability and Green Economy. These programs are designed to integrate occupational safety, healthcare quality, and environmental health, equipping learners with the expertise to lead initiatives aligned with the UAE National Wellbeing Strategy 2031 and UAE Vision 2031.

The university also emphasized its innovative research initiatives focused on employee wellbeing, crisis management in healthcare, and improved care for chronic diseases such as cardiovascular conditions, diabetes, and obesity. These efforts underscored HBMSU’s dedication to providing evidence-based solutions that contribute to national priorities and advance community wellbeing.
