Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University welcomes learners for fall semester 2025
Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU) has officially welcomed learners for the fall semester of 2025, marking the start of a new academic journey focused on knowledge, progressive skills, and innovation.
The semester introduces newly launched academic programs under the recently established School of Sustainability and Green Economy. These include the Bachelor of Science in Sustainability and Green Economy and the Master of Environmental Management and Sustainability, reflecting the university’s commitment to addressing global sustainability challenges and equipping students with the expertise to lead in the expanding green economy.
In addition, HBMSU has welcomed 73 new faculty members across its schools — the School of Business and Quality Management, the School of e-Education, the School of Health and Environmental Studies, and the new School of Sustainability and Green Economy — strengthening the academic environment with diverse expertise.
Commenting on the occasion, His Excellency Dr. Mansoor Al Awar, Chancellor of HBMSU, said:
