The event was held under the auspices of Sheikh Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al- Homoud Al-Sabah, Minister of Information and State Minister for Youth Affairs.

The award was presented to Gulf Bank for its special TV commercial introduced during the Holy Month of Ramadan 2016, and which was created in cooperation with Impact and Mirror.
