Global Partners Appoints Dubai Contracting Company (DCC) as Main Contractor for Eden House The Park
Global Partners Limited (GP), a DFSA-regulated institutional fund manager, has appointed Dubai Contracting Company (DCC) as the main contractor for Eden House The Park, the firm’s second high-end residential development along the Dubai Water Canal.
With enabling works now completed, DCC will lead the construction phase, with project completion expected by 2027. The development, part of Global Partners Property Fund I (GPPFI), is designed to offer an exclusive luxury lifestyle, featuring 1 to 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses set within a walkable, nature-infused community.
