The Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has been Certified™ by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, recognizing its efforts to create a positive and supportive work environment that meets the highest international standards.
In a press statement, the Federal Tax Authority emphasized that building a motivating work environment equipped with all necessary components to foster creativity and innovation is one of its top priorities. This commitment ensures high levels of productivity and welfare for all FTA employees, enhancing the Authority’s ability to attract and retain national talents, thereby contributing to the UAE's sustainable development and economic growth.
