ENOC Group leverages Commvault’s hybrid cyber resilience solutions to drive efficiency and business continuity

ENOC Group, a prominent integrated global energy player owned by the Government of Dubai, has collaborated with Commvault, a leading provider of cyber resilience and data protection solutions, to modernize its on-premises and cloud infrastructure. This strategic partnership aims to improve operational efficiencies, reduce overheads, and ensure business continuity across ENOC Group's network.

By leveraging Commvault's advanced AI-powered platforms, ENOC Group has deployed industry-leading hybrid cloud security and data protection systems. These solutions address critical cybersecurity challenges, simplify data protection, and reduce the risks and costs associated with managing a complex information environment.

Consolidating backup and recovery solutions into a single platform, including Commvault Cloud HyperScale X and Commvault Cloud Backup & Recovery for Microsoft 365, ENOC Group has significantly enhanced its data restoration capabilities. The leading UAE energy company can now restore data in just four hours, compared to 14 to 16 hours previously, reducing downtime and operational expenses.

His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO at ENOC, highlighted the importance of data security and business resilience in maintaining operational efficiency and customer service. He praised Commvault's cloud expertise and cybersecurity solutions for bringing significant cost and time savings, enabling ENOC Group to focus more on business intelligence and future growth strategies.

Fady Richmany, Regional Vice President, Emerging Markets at Commvault, emphasized the company's commitment to innovation in data protection. He stated that Commvault's comprehensive cyber resilience offerings are the top choice for enterprise organizations like ENOC Group.

To safeguard its network of fuel stations, ENOC Group utilized integrated solutions offered by Commvault Cloud HyperScale X, enhancing backup and recovery performance and protection from cyber threats. This streamlined hybrid cloud data management, reducing supply chain disruptions and business interruptions.

Commvault Cloud HyperScale X automates backup and recovery processes, leading to an 88% faster system recovery and significant time savings for ENOC Group's IT personnel. Additionally, leveraging SaaS cyber resilience solutions resulted in a 40% reduction in operation expenses (OPEX) and protected ENOC Group's data copies from ransomware attacks and accidental deletion or tampering.

The AI-supported offerings from Commvault continue to safeguard ENOC Group's digital assets, including backend data, applications, and database clusters, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
