Enersol to Showcase UAE Energy Technology and Operational Achievements at ADIPEC 2026
Portfolio companies to highlight local manufacturing, advanced technology deployment and international exports at Abu Dhabi's energy industry exhibition.
Enersol, the energy technology investment platform jointly owned by ADNOC Drilling and Alpha Dhabi Holding, will participate in ADIPEC 2026 from November 2 to 5 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, showcasing how its portfolio companies are strengthening local manufacturing, technology localisation and international exports.
Enersol will be joined by four portfolio companies operating in the UAE: EV, Gordon Technologies, NTS Amega Global and Deep Well Services. Their participation will demonstrate how the platform combines international technology expertise with domestic industrial capabilities to support the UAE's energy sector and serve customers in overseas markets.
Deep Well Services Completes Abu Dhabi Programme Ahead of Schedule
In August 2026, Deep Well Services completed an 11-well unconventional programme in Abu Dhabi in 44 days, compared with the planned 77 days. The programme finished 43% ahead of schedule, saving 33 operational days.
The project used the company's patented Hydraulic Completion Unit technology alongside its BoreSite® data acquisition and analytics platform. The technologies brought advanced completion capabilities and real-time operational insights to the UAE market.
The results illustrate how specialised energy technologies can contribute to operational efficiency and support the deployment of advanced capabilities within the country's energy sector.
NTS Amega Global Expands UAE Manufacturing Capabilities
NTS Amega Global, which has operated in the UAE since 2008, provides precision manufacturing and specialist tool repair services to customers and other companies within the Enersol portfolio.
At Make it in the Emirates 2026, the company announced a partnership with Silverwell Energy to establish a UAE hub for manufacturing, assembling and testing all-electric intelligent completion systems.
The initiative is expected to expand the range of specialist energy technologies that can be manufactured and supported locally, strengthening the UAE's industrial capabilities in the energy sector.
Gordon Technologies Begins Exports to Azerbaijan
Enersol's activities also extend to manufacturing and international trade. In 2025, Gordon Technologies began exporting its UAE-manufactured MudLink measurement-while-drilling systems to Azerbaijan's SOCAR.
The systems transmit real-time data from inside wells. The first shipment followed successful field trials and took place less than a year after Gordon Technologies established its UAE manufacturing base.
Abu Dhabi serves as the company's manufacturing and operational hub for the Eastern Hemisphere, supporting its activities across international markets.
Portfolio Collaboration Develops New Well Intervention Services
Enersol is also working to combine capabilities across its portfolio companies to develop integrated services for energy operators.
EV and Deep Well Services have introduced Video While Fishing, a solution that combines downhole cameras with hydraulic intervention technology. The system is designed to help operators locate and recover equipment inside wells.
Separately, EV has acquired Scientific Data Systems (SDS), a Houston-based technology company behind the Warrior Data Acquisition System, a wellbore logging data acquisition platform used in the industry.
The acquisition strengthens EV's wellbore intelligence and visual analytics capabilities and supports Enersol's broader strategy of expanding high-value EnergyTech businesses and encouraging innovation across the energy sector.
Enersol to Demonstrate Technologies at ADIPEC 2026
Dean Watson, CEO of Enersol, said the company's approach combines specialist engineering, digital capabilities and investment to address operational challenges at scale.
“For Enersol, that means bringing advanced technologies into the field while building industrial capability in the UAE that can support local operations and compete internationally,” Watson said.
He added that ADIPEC provides an important platform for operators, technology companies and investors to exchange ideas and demonstrate how local manufacturing, technology deployment and collaboration across portfolio companies can strengthen in-country value and deliver measurable operational improvements.
Visitors can meet Enersol and its portfolio companies at Hall 9, Stand 9210 during ADIPEC 2026.
Technologies on display will include EV's PigCAM pipeline inspection system and NTS Amega Global's AmegaSHIELD tool, designed to protect downhole drilling equipment.
