Elm Signs MoU with Numeryx Technologies to Foster Digital Transformation

Elm, a leader in digital solutions, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Numeryx Technologies, a French company specializing in business solutions, to collaborate on digital transformation initiatives across various markets. This partnership aims to leverage the strengths of both companies to enhance business prospects and facilitate the digitalization of services.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Alameen Shawqi Al-Hazmi, CEO of the Integrated Solutions Group at Elm, and Mr. Mozer Al Ayadi, CEO of Numeryx Technologies, in the presence of officials from both organizations. This agreement focuses on enhancing business opportunities in European, African, and Saudi Arabian markets by developing information technology activities and exploring potential investment prospects.

Majid bin Saad Al Arifi, Official Spokesman and CEO VP of the Marketing Sector at Elm, highlighted the significance of this partnership. He emphasized that the collaboration will build robust digital infrastructure, improving service quality and performance efficiency in Europe and Africa. Al-Arifi stated that the MoU reflects both parties' commitment to developing innovative technical solutions that support sustainable development and empower entrepreneurship and the digital economy in the region.

Al-Arifi also noted that Elm’s extensive expertise in digitalization and technology infrastructure development will facilitate significant advancements in digital transformation across various industries. The partnership aims to introduce state-of-the-art digital platforms for the public and private sectors, offering advisory services, project management, and business process solutions.

Under the terms of the MoU, both companies will explore potential long-term and short-term opportunities in global target markets and assess investment needs in the digital economy sector.
