Dubai South, a leading urban development focusing on aviation, logistics, and real estate, has signed an agreement with BT Holding LLC to develop a unique gated master community within the Golf District, located near Al Maktoum International Airport.

The agreement was formalized by HE Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, and Ahmed Ali Riaz Malik, Group CEO of BT Holding LLC. The signing ceremony also included prominent executives such as Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, and Malik Riaz Hussain, Founder and Chairman of Bahria Town.

The master community will feature a mix of residential and commercial offerings, including villas, townhouses, apartments, retail spaces, educational facilities, hospitals, mosques, and entertainment venues. Key highlights include green spines, water streams, a central park, dancing fountains, iconic monuments, and wide boulevards, setting a new benchmark in luxury living.
