Dubai South Achieves AED 1.2 Billion in Sales for Hayat Project Within Hours of Launch

Dubai South Properties has announced a major sales milestone with over AED 1.2 billion generated from the first two phases of its newly launched luxury residential development, Hayat by Dubai South. The initial phases of the project were fully sold out within hours of launch, highlighting the strong market demand for premium housing in the area.

The overwhelming response underscores Dubai South’s successful development and sales strategy, which has consistently focused on delivering timely, high-quality projects aligned with investor and end-user expectations.

Hayat by Dubai South is set to become a signature luxury community within the rapidly growing Dubai South district. The project will offer around 2,500 residential units, including a mix of:

  • Townhouses

  • Semi-detached and standalone villas

  • Mansions

  • Apartments and hotel apartments

Unit sizes will range from one to five bedrooms, designed to accommodate families and individuals seeking modern, comfortable, and community-centric lifestyles.

The development will feature an array of amenities, including:

  • Expansive green parks and landscaped gardens

  • Shaded walking trails

  • Family play areas

  • Wellness and fitness centres

  • Community swimming pools

  • A dynamic retail boulevard offering shops, cafés, and daily conveniences

“The strong demand we continue to witness is a clear reflection of the trust people place in Dubai South as a preferred area to live, invest, and build their future,” said Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties.

“This success encourages us to keep delivering quality developments that meet the needs and expectations of our growing customer base.”

Dubai South’s rapid sell-out of Hayat's early phases mirrors the area’s rising appeal among both local and international buyers, thanks to its strategic location, infrastructure advancements, and focus on master-planned urban living.

The developer has confirmed that further phases of Hayat will be launched soon, following the strong market response and investor confidence.

As Dubai continues to see robust demand in its real estate sector, Dubai South remains at the forefront with projects like Hayat, contributing significantly to the emirate’s residential growth and long-term urban vision.
