ADMO Lifestyle Holding Acquires Majority Stake in Lebanese Fine Dining Brand Em Sherif

ADMO Lifestyle Holding (ADMO), a joint venture between Alpha Dhabi Holding PJSC (ADX: ALPHADHABI) and Monterock International Limited, has announced its acquisition of a majority stake in the acclaimed Lebanese hospitality brand Em Sherif. This strategic move follows ADMO’s initial investment in October 2023 and marks a major milestone in its mission to expand its global hospitality footprint.

Founded in 2022, ADMO is now the controlling shareholder of Em Sherif, a fine dining brand known for celebrating Lebanese culinary heritage through its elegant Mediterranean cuisine and immersive dining experiences.

With 56 signed outlets across 29 countries and 29 outlets already operating in locations such as Abu Dhabi, Paris, Monaco, and Harrods in London, Em Sherif is one of the fastest-growing luxury dining brands originating from the Middle East.

The latest acquisition strengthens ADMO’s strategy of investing in world-class hospitality ventures that combine cultural authenticity with global appeal. The company now aims to support Em Sherif’s ambitious expansion plan to launch 68 outlets across the GCC and beyond by 2027.

Sanjay Nandi, Group CEO of ADMO, commented:

“ADMO is proud to announce its majority acquisition of Em Sherif, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to shaping the future of premium hospitality. By combining Em Sherif’s distinctive culinary heritage with ADMO’s operational expertise and global platform, we are poised to unlock new opportunities and steer the brand into its next phase of international growth.”

Dani Chakour, CEO of Em Sherif, added:

“This partnership with ADMO marks a transformational moment for Em Sherif. As we expand from a regional success story to a global hospitality icon, ADMO brings not only capital, but shared values and strategic insight. Together, we aim to preserve the soul of Em Sherif while accelerating our worldwide presence with integrity and excellence.”

The acquisition is part of ADMO’s wider vision to redefine luxury hospitality through curated, holistic experiences and strategic partnerships. By deepening its investment in Em Sherif, ADMO continues to diversify its portfolio and reinforce its leadership position in the evolving global dining landscape.

This latest development signals not just business growth, but a cultural milestone—bringing the spirit of Lebanese cuisine to a broader audience, and elevating Middle Eastern fine dining on the world stage.
