Major Developers Announces Strategic Land Acquisition in RAK Central to Support Ras Al Khaimah’s Vision 2030

Major Developers has officially expanded into RAK Central with the strategic acquisition of a prime land parcel, marking a significant milestone in the company’s regional growth strategy. This move aligns with Ras Al Khaimah’s broader economic development plans under RAK Vision 2030, a strategic framework designed to foster sustainable, diversified, and globally competitive growth.

RAK Central, the emirate’s emerging commercial and administrative hub, is designed as a future-ready district anchored in a “Work–Live–Play” philosophy. It has already attracted major interest from regional and global investors due to its pro-business infrastructure, including 100% foreign ownership, low corporate taxes, and a forward-looking master plan

“With RAK Central, we’ve created a mega-development that is structurally aligned with regional growth, global investment patterns, and national diversification goals. Major Developers’ decision to invest here is a testament to Ras Al Khaimah’s growing clout as a durable economic engine,” said Abdulla Al Abdouli, CEO of Marjan.

The newly acquired land will host a multi-use development by Major Developers, expanding the company’s successful legacy established with Manta Bay at Al Marjan Island. This expansion signals a deepening partnership between the developer and the emirate as both parties work toward realizing long-term economic transformation.

“RAK Central represents a high-potential economic zone, and we see it as a natural extension of our growth strategy,” said Andrei Charapenak, CEO of Major Developers. “This project enables us to apply our precision-driven, value-oriented approach in a district that mirrors our principles of design excellence, long-term returns, and global collaboration.”

RAK Central’s Master Plan Highlights:

  • 3 million sq. ft. of rentable office space

  • 4,000 residential apartments

  • Four hotels with more than 1,000 keys

  • Retail and entertainment zones

  • Parks, green areas, and pedestrian pathways

  • 1,000+ visitor parking spaces across interconnected buildings

The development of RAK Central HQ is already underway and will serve as the flagship business complex within the district. Major Developers’ upcoming project will integrate premium architecture, smart infrastructure, and sustainable urban design—elements that are central to RAK’s infrastructure-first development model.

Major Developers has emphasized that all facets of its presence in RAK Central will be governed by its founding principles: uncompromising quality, data-informed execution, and long-term asset performance. This expansion positions the company as a key contributor to RAK Central’s identity as a magnet for business, investment, and next-generation real estate.

As construction progresses, Major Developers’ entry is expected to fast-track RAK Central’s emergence as a preferred destination for businesses seeking stability, scalability, and strategic positioning in the UAE.
