Dubai Land Department (DLD) participated in the 25th edition of Ru’ya Careers UAE 2026, highlighting career opportunities in Dubai’s real estate sector and engaging with Emirati job seekers and graduates.
The event was held from September 28 to 30 at Dubai World Trade Centre, with DLD participating as part of the Dubai Government pavilion overseen by the Dubai Government Human Resources Department. The pavilion brought together 34 government entities as part of efforts to support Emiratisation and attract national talent.
DLD showcases careers in a changing real estate sector
During the three-day event, DLD introduced Emirati youth and graduates to career pathways within Dubai’s real estate sector, including opportunities linked to data, innovation, technology and artificial intelligence.
Visitors to the department’s stand received information about career opportunities across DLD’s different sectors, as well as the skills and competencies required for various roles.
DLD teams also engaged with job seekers and graduates, providing an overview of the department’s working environment and the types of professional opportunities available within the organisation.
Focus on developing national talent
DLD’s participation forms part of its broader efforts to develop Emirati capabilities and support the growth of national human capital within Dubai’s real estate industry.
The department said engaging with young Emiratis and graduates provides an opportunity to introduce them to the changing requirements of the sector and the range of roles emerging as technology and data become increasingly integrated into real estate.
The participation also supports DLD’s efforts to strengthen the contribution of national talent to Dubai’s real estate sector and its future development.
