Dubai Government Workshop appoints happiness ambassadors to enhance workplace productivity and collaboration
The Dubai Government Workshop (DGW) has announced its happiness ambassadors to increase positivity and productivity in the workplace and encourage innovation. The happiness ambassadors will play a substantial role in promoting collaboration and trust between work colleagues and enhancing departmental collaborations, including w the management and human resources department.
The move is part of the directives of His Excellency Fahad Ahmed AlRaeesi, CEO of Dubai Government Workshop, to provide a healthy and positive internal work environment to enhance employees performance. Further, it is in line with the objectives of the National Program for Happiness & Wellbeing, which encourages innovative ideas aimed at cultivating a happy and positive work environment.
H.E AlRaeesi said: We are committed to making happiness an integral part of the workplace in line with the wise directives of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to meet employees satisfaction, establishing world-class standards, and consider it a strategic priority in the country.
