The three-day event will take place from September 28 to 30 at Dubai World Trade Centre, where du will present career pathways, skills development programmes and opportunities for Emiratis to build long-term careers within the company.

Under its “A workplace where people come first” campaign, du will highlight its people-first workplace culture and its focus on helping UAE Nationals develop skills, progress into leadership positions and contribute to the country’s digital transformation.

Emiratis account for 40% of du workforce

UAE Nationals currently make up 40% of du’s workforce, with the company focusing on attracting, developing and retaining national talent through continuous learning and career development opportunities.

Its Emiratisation programmes include Explore X, Experience X and Future X, which are designed for students and graduates at different stages of their academic and professional journeys.
