Deyaar Hands Over 711 Homes at Tria in Dubai Silicon Oasis

Deyaar Development PJSC has handed over Tria, a residential development in Dubai Silicon Oasis comprising 711 homes and six retail units, taking the developer’s total deliveries for 2026 to more than 2,100 units.

The latest handover follows the completion of 1,436 units across Regalia, Jannat and Talia Residences during the first half of the year, further expanding Deyaar’s delivery pipeline across Dubai.

Tria offers 711 residential units

Tria features a distinctive three-wing architectural design intended to create three separate view corridors overlooking the Dubai skyline, Dubai Silicon Oasis and surrounding parklands.

The development has been designed with families in mind, with residential units complemented by a range of podium and rooftop amenities.

These include swimming pools, landscaped gardens, children's play areas, fitness and wellness facilities, sports courts, social spaces and outdoor dining and entertainment areas.

Deyaar expands 2026 delivery momentum

Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar, said the handover marked another milestone in the company’s delivery programme for the year.

“Earlier this year we welcomed owners to three of our projects across Dubai. Today, Tria adds another 711 homes to that momentum,” Al Qatami said.

He described Tria as a modern urban sanctuary in Dubai Silicon Oasis and thanked the company’s owners, investors, partners, contractors, government stakeholders and employees involved in delivering the project.

Focus on community-led development

Deyaar said Tria reflects its broader approach to residential development, combining architectural design with amenities focused on wellbeing, recreation and community interaction.

The company has more than two decades of experience across residential, commercial and hospitality projects in the UAE.

Deyaar said it will continue to diversify its portfolio while expanding its project pipeline and focusing on developments designed to support Dubai’s long-term urban growth.

With the completion of Tria, the developer is also strengthening its presence in Dubai Silicon Oasis, an established mixed-use community that continues to attract residential and commercial development.
