CPX launches digital forensics and incident response solution to strengthen cyber resilience
CPX Holding, a leading provider of cyber and physical security solutions, has launched a comprehensive Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) solution designed to boost cyber readiness, accelerate breach response, and strengthen organizational resilience across the UAE.
Announced in Abu Dhabi, the new 24/7 incident response service aims to help enterprises and government entities respond faster to cyberattacks and recover with minimal operational disruption.
The DFIR solution is powered by CPX’s elite THREAD team (Threat Hunting, Response & Enhanced Active Defense) — a UAE-based unit of cybersecurity specialists that combines global best practices, regional threat expertise, AI-driven capabilities, and access to one of the region’s largest pools of actionable threat intelligence.
According to CPX, the service uses AI agents to automate investigations and reduce triage time, enabling faster threat detection, adversary mapping, and containment. The approach is designed to help organizations maintain secure digital environments aligned with national digital transformation goals.
The company noted that cyber threats are becoming increasingly sophisticated and AI-powered, raising uncertainty and response costs for organizations. In the UAE, attackers remain undetected inside compromised environments for an average of 165 days, often moving laterally and maintaining covert control.
Through the new DFIR platform, organizations gain pre-contracted, SLA-backed access to incident response experts for both emergency breach situations and proactive readiness planning. The solution is offered through monthly and quarterly subscription models, with flexible hour banks, transparent pricing, and board-level assurance metrics.
Hadi Anwar, CEO of CPX, said cyber preparedness has become essential as AI reshapes the threat landscape. He emphasized that business continuity, rapid containment, and swift recovery are now critical to maintaining stakeholder trust and operational stability.
CPX said the DFIR bundle supports the UAE’s broader ambition to enhance AI resilience and reinforce its position as a global technology and innovation hub, while delivering incident response capabilities tailored to the region’s cybersecurity environment.
