Checkout.com helps PRYPCO increase payment acceptance rates by 20%

Global digital payments provider Checkout.com has partnered with UAE-based financial technology platform PRYPCO to enhance its payment infrastructure, helping increase payment acceptance rates by 20 per cent.

The partnership supports faster and more reliable transactions across PRYPCO’s real estate investment services, including its fractional property investment platform, PRYPCO Blocks, and its real estate tokenisation platform, PRYPCO Mint.

Checkout.com’s acquiring and processing technology enables PRYPCO to handle higher transaction volumes, including during peak demand around property launches, while improving payment security and processing efficiency.

The collaboration also includes payment payouts and network tokenisation capabilities aimed at improving the customer experience and reducing payment declines.

PRYPCO provides digital services covering real estate investment, home financing and property ownership in the UAE. Its offerings include fractional property investments, blockchain tokenisation, digital mortgages, gold investing, Golden Visa services and assistance with wills.

The company said it has facilitated real estate transactions worth more than AED 20 billion for over 110,000 customers.

Checkout.com supports faster and secure payments

PRYPCO integrated Checkout.com’s acquiring and processing technology into PRYPCO Blocks to provide customers with a faster and more seamless payment experience.

The infrastructure is designed to support transaction volumes during periods of increased demand while offering competitive processing rates.

Checkout.com’s network tokenisation technology replaces sensitive card details with unique digital identifiers, helping protect customer information and improve transaction approval rates by reducing false declines.

The partnership also enables PRYPCO to use Checkout.com’s global payouts capabilities, allowing customers to fund and withdraw from their accounts with near-instant access.

The companies said the integration is intended to support secure and reliable payments throughout the investment process.

Since the platform went live in July 2026, PRYPCO has observed an increase in payment acceptance rates while maintaining the speed and security required to serve its growing customer base.

Partnership expands to PRYPCO Mint

The collaboration has expanded to include payment processing for PRYPCO Mint, the company’s real estate tokenisation platform.

Checkout.com said its direct acquiring capabilities and digital payments expertise supported PRYPCO’s decision to strengthen its payment infrastructure as the UAE’s digital economy and real estate sector continue to develop.

Remo Giovanni Abbondandolo, General Manager for MENA at Checkout.com, said the partnership supports PRYPCO’s efforts to make property investment more accessible through digital services.

He said the companies share a focus on providing high-performance payment solutions that help businesses grow and strengthen digital payments across the region.

Essa Ibrahim, Co-founder and President of PRYPCO, said reliable payment infrastructure is important when property launches generate increased demand.

He said the partnership helps PRYPCO manage transaction peaks while providing customers with faster and more secure payments.

Ibrahim added that the improvement in payment acceptance rates demonstrates the importance of the infrastructure as the company expands access to real estate investment.
