Scheduled from May 21 to 23, 2024, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the event promises to showcase cutting-edge technologies and diverse content offerings that will shape the future of the entertainment landscape.

According to a study by PwC, AI is expected to contribute up to USD 15.7 trillion to the global economy by 2030. With the global AI in media & entertainment market projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 26% from 2023 to 2030, the industry is poised for exceptional growth. With over 450 exhibitors and more than 18,000 expected visitors, CABSAT is positioned to support this growth and provide a perfect platform for networking, career advancement, and staying abreast of industry developments.

One of the key highlights of CABSAT 2024 is the Co-Production Salon, aimed at facilitating business opportunities to drive investments in Arabic content and attract foreign film and TV projects to the MEASA region. Last year's session facilitated over 350 targeted co-production and content partnership meetings, resulting in significant deals reaching USD 8 million in total investments.

The Content Congress is another pivotal session set to gather professionals from the media, broadcast, and technology sectors to analyze trends and explore ideas that will impact content creation, connection, and monetization. Additionally, the Virtual Production Studio demo will provide filmmakers with guidance on working with virtual sets in films, TV shows, commercials, and live events.

Hany Bartella, Managing Director, Middle East and Africa at Grass Valley, expressed excitement about showcasing product updates and advancements at the conference. Grass Valley will present a wide range of technologies addressing the region's growing demands.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to tour the world-class facilities of Dubai Studio City, the region’s largest media, entertainment, and broadcasting hub, and the Strategic Partner of CABSAT 2024. The SATExpo Summit will unite regional and global satellite and space technology industry influencers, facilitating discussions on future trends and strategies.
