Azizi Developments Partners with Prime A/C Industries for LTI Singapore Ventilation Fans Across All Dubai Projects
Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s leading private real estate developers, has announced a strategic partnership with Prime A/C Industries LLC, a prominent UAE-based HVAC solutions provider, for the supply of LTI Singapore-branded ventilation fans across all its residential and mixed-use developments in Dubai.
As part of the collaboration, Prime A/C Industries LLC will supply axial smoke fans and axial inline fans to enhance ventilation and smoke-control efficiency across Azizi’s growing portfolio. The systems are designed to meet the highest safety and performance standards, ensuring optimal airflow management and long-term reliability in modern residential environments.

LTI Singapore, a globally recognized name in advanced air movement systems, brings over 30 years of expertise in designing and manufacturing AMCA-certified ventilation fans known for high performance, low noise, and durability. Built with die-cast aluminum impellers and IEC-rated motors (IP55, Class F/H), the systems are capable of withstanding temperatures up to 300°C, delivering airflow volumes of up to 360,000 m³/h—ideal for smoke extraction and continuous-duty operations in high-rise developments.
