Ebru Yavuz appointed General Manager of Arabian Ethicals

With nearly three decades of leadership experience across regulatory affairs, market access, commercial operations, and general management, Yavuz brings a proven track record in driving growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening partnerships across regional and international markets.
Prior to joining Arabian Ethicals, Yavuz held senior leadership roles across multiple geographies, including serving as Cluster General Manager for Ukraine and CIS, and leading key functions in market access and public affairs. Her experience in compliance and stakeholder engagement has positioned her as a respected figure in the global healthcare industry.
In her new role, Yavuz will spearhead initiatives aimed at expanding access to essential medicines, improving supply chain efficiency, and strengthening collaboration with key manufacturing partners. Her vision aligns closely with Arabian Ethicals’ strategic priorities of enhancing service standards, broadening healthcare access, and reinforcing the company’s position as a trusted healthcare partner in the UAE.
