Azizi Developments’ Beach Oasis reaches 20% completion

Azizi Developments, a prominent private developer in the UAE, has announced the 20% construction completion of Beach Oasis, a vibrant mixed-use community located in Dubai Studio City, one of the emirate’s dynamic and youthful areas. Scheduled for handover in Q1 2025, Beach Oasis is rapidly taking shape, with its structural build reaching 59% and MEP and blockwork underway. The project has seen an increase in manpower, now totaling 877 workers.

Comprising 476 studios, 200 one-bedroom homes, and 36 two-bedroom residences across two buildings, Beach Oasis aims to offer modern low-rise residential living. Its amenities include a large beach-like swimming pool, gymnasiums, landscaped gardens, children’s play areas, and a central square with retail options.

Mr. Farhad Azizi, Chief Executive Officer of Azizi Developments, emphasized Beach Oasis's commitment to exceptional design and craftsmanship, stating, “Beach Oasis stands as a testament to unparalleled design, impeccable craftsmanship, and a commitment to exceeding expectations. With its prime location, exquisite amenities, and dedication to meeting the needs of our highly esteemed residents, Beach Oasis redefines the standard of modern living."

Situated on Hessa Street near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Studio City offers excellent accessibility to residents, with various amenities nearby including schools, medical facilities, sports and leisure attractions. Major attractions in proximity include Dubai Autodrome, the Els Club, Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club, Dubai International Stadium, and more.

Azizi Developments’ Sales Gallery is located on the 13th floor of the Conrad Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, where interested parties can explore the offerings of Beach Oasis and other developments by the company.
