Azizi Developments Announces 75% of Vista Project in Dubai Studio City Sold
Azizi Developments, one of the UAE's top private developers, has reported that over 75% of units in Azizi Vista, located in Dubai Studio City, have been sold. Azizi Vista, a luxury residential development offering studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, is set for completion in Q2 2025. New, previously unreleased units are expected to be launched in the coming weeks to meet increasing demand.
With buyers representing 34 nationalities, UAE nationals account for the largest share at 25%, followed by Western and European investors from the USA, UK, and Canada, who together make up 35%. Investors from GCC and Middle Eastern nations, including Saudi Arabia and Lebanon, constitute 15% of the demographic.
