Dubai Holding Asset Management Rebrands Residential Portfolio as "Dubai Residential"
Dubai Holding Asset Management (DHAM) has announced the rebranding of its residential leasing portfolio, formerly known as Dubai Asset Management, to "Dubai Residential." The rebranding follows the integration of Nakheel and Meydan into Dubai Holding, significantly expanding the portfolio's reach, which now spans 40,000 homes and serves over 150,000 residents across Dubai.
The new identity underscores Dubai Residential’s market leadership, offering a diverse range of housing options tailored to professionals, families, and corporates. With properties including City Walk Residences, Bluewaters Residences, and International City, the portfolio reflects Dubai’s strategic focus on building connected communities that enhance quality of life. The rebrand also aligns with the city’s booming real estate market, positioning Dubai Residential for future growth.
