Azizi Azure Achieves 85% Construction Milestone; Completion Set for Q1 2025

Azizi Developments, a prominent private real estate developer in the UAE, announced significant progress in the construction of Azizi Azure, a key project within the fourth phase of its Riviera development. Inspired by the French Mediterranean lifestyle, Riviera is a premium waterfront community located in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, one of Dubai’s prime business, leisure, and retail hubs.

The construction of Azizi Azure has reached an overall milestone of 85%, with the structure completed at 100%, and blockwork and internal plaster at 99%. Key installations, including HVAC, MEP, and tiling, are advancing rapidly, with progress recorded at 98%, 94%, and 85%, respectively. Finishing touches stand at 70%. To ensure timely completion, a workforce of 3,100 professionals has been deployed, with the project slated for completion in the first quarter of 2025.
