ASICS, the global performance and innovation brand, in collaboration with the Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA), has announced the winners of the ASICS Innovation Pitch, a pioneering program aimed at accelerating sports innovation and digital transformation across the Kingdom.

Following a final showcase held on October 30, 2025, in Riyadh, AmplifAI Health was named the overall winner, while Harwalah and Fitness Storm secured second and third place respectively.

Championing Innovation at the Intersection of Sports and Technology

Part of ASICS Ventures’ global innovation platform, the ASICS Innovation Pitch invited Saudi-based startups to develop groundbreaking solutions that integrate sports, technology, and wellbeing under the theme “Sports x Digital: Fostering a Culture of Physical Activity in Saudi Arabia.”

The initiative combines ASICS’ global expertise in performance innovation with the SFA’s mission to build active, health-conscious communities. Together, the organizations are driving Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals of increasing sports participation and fostering a thriving, innovation-led economy.

Recognising Saudi Arabia’s Emerging Sports Tech Leaders

Out of numerous applications, six standout Saudi startups were shortlisted as finalists for their creative approaches to transforming sports engagement, sustainability, and performance.

• AmplifAI Health – First place: Recognised for its AI-powered thermal imaging technology designed to enhance athletic performance and prevent injuries.

• Harwalah – Second place: A locally developed Arabic-language running app promoting inclusive fitness experiences tailored to regional audiences.

• Fitness Storm – Third place: An on-demand digital fitness platform offering personalized training and expert-led programs.

• AQUIVIO Arabia – Showcased IoT-enabled hydration stations delivering personalized, eco-friendly beverages while reducing plastic waste.

• Fanera – Introduced a Web3-based fan engagement platform revolutionizing football communities through gamified experiences.

• Memvera – A digital fitness network connecting gyms, trainers, and enthusiasts for seamless membership management.

These finalists reflect the Kingdom’s growing talent pool and the rapid evolution of its sports technology ecosystem.

A Step Forward in Regional Sports Innovation

Since its inception, ASICS Ventures has invested in over 20 startups across 10 countries, focusing on emerging innovations in performance, digital wellness, and consumer experience. The ASICS Innovation Pitch in Saudi Arabia marks the brand’s first initiative of its kind in the Middle East, furthering its commitment to nurturing the region’s sports technology ecosystem.

The winning startups will receive strategic mentorship, partnership opportunities, and investment support from ASICS and the Saudi Sports for All Federation, enabling them to scale their innovations globally and contribute to Saudi Arabia’s vision of a healthier, more active society.
