The Ajman Department of Tourism Development (ADTD) has been awarded a prestigious 5-star rating for its website under the Global Star Rating System for Services. This accolade underscores its commitment to providing top-tier services and enhancing user experiences. Additionally, ADTD has secured the Excellence Award under the "Al Wasmi" category as part of the Ajman Excellence Program Awards, a recognition of its innovative initiatives and proactive contributions to the Emirate's tourism sector.

The Global Star Rating System is designed to elevate government services to international standards, improve operational efficiency, and streamline procedures for users. By adopting this framework, ADTD has demonstrated its dedication to professionalism and excellence, aiming to enrich the quality of life for residents and visitors.

The Excellence Award under the "Al Wasmi" category recognizes ADTD’s initiatives that foster Emirati culture and promote tourism. Key projects include the "Sincerely Emirati" program, which encompasses initiatives such as "Tourism Experiences," "Holiday Homes," "Infinite Talents," and training hotel chefs in authentic Emirati cuisine. These programs aim to enhance the tourism landscape while celebrating the UAE's rich heritage.

H.E. Mahmood Khaleel AlHahsmi, Director General of the Ajman Department of Tourism Development, expressed gratitude for the accolades, stating, “We are honored to receive these prestigious awards, reflecting the unwavering support of our wise leadership and their vision to exceed customer expectations in government services.”

AlHahsmi emphasized that these achievements align with the UAE’s national agenda to position the country as a global leader in government service excellence.
