AIQ Joins Microsoft Cloud AI Partner Program; Selects Azure as Primary Cloud Environment
AIQ, a leading Abu Dhabi-based AI company focused on innovative solutions for the energy sector, has been admitted into the Microsoft Cloud AI Partner Program. The partnership will elevate AIQ's digital capabilities and expand its cloud-based AI solutions. AIQ has also chosen Microsoft Azure as its primary cloud environment, marking a strategic step in rolling out its AI products globally via the Azure Marketplace.
The Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program is a global network of over 500,000 partners, designed to help organizations accelerate their digital transformations by leveraging Microsoft’s AI and cloud technologies. Through this partnership, AIQ will access tools to create and market innovative cloud and AI solutions, participate in technical consultations, and offer skilling programs.
Magzhan Kenesbai, Acting Managing Director of AIQ, remarked, “This partnership with Microsoft is a significant milestone for AIQ as it enhances our digital resources and prepares us for the next phase of growth. By leveraging Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure, we are confident that our expansion both domestically and internationally will accelerate."
Azure Marketplace Integration
AIQ’s decision to utilize Azure stems from the platform's extensive product offerings, with over 200 cloud services that facilitate the development and management of applications across multiple cloud environments. Saravan Penubarthi, AIQ’s Chief Technology Officer, highlighted the importance of integrating AIQ’s solutions into a robust cloud marketplace like Azure, stating, "We want customers worldwide to access and benefit from our market-leading AI tools, delivering immediate efficiencies."
AIQ has already begun to market its products on various platforms, with plans to expand its presence on the Azure Marketplace to reach a global audience.

Earlier this year, G42, the UAE-based AI technology holding company and majority shareholder of AIQ, announced a US$1.5 billion strategic investment from Microsoft. This investment aims to strengthen collaboration between the two companies to bring the latest AI technologies and training initiatives to the UAE and beyond.
