Agentforce by Salesforce Slashes Quoting Time by 75%, Launches AI-Powered Revenue Cloud for Smarter Sales Operations

Salesforce has announced a transformative leap in sales automation with the introduction of Agentforce for Revenue, an AI-powered solution embedded within Revenue Cloud. The innovation, now available as part of Salesforce’s Summer ’25 release, enables sales teams to generate accurate quotes in seconds, cutting quoting time by 75% and dramatically reducing manual work.

Sales reps can now simply describe their quoting needs in natural language—such as “Quote 25 licenses with a 10% discount”—and Agentforce instantly produces the quote with correct pricing, SKUs, and legal terms. The solution is already in use internally at Salesforce, where it has led to an 87% reduction in clicks for sales teams.

“The Middle East represents a cornerstone of Eton’s global strategy, and our alliance with Asas Capital accelerates our shared vision of family office innovation," said Meredith Schmidt, EVP and GM of Revenue Cloud at Salesforce. "With Revenue Cloud, we’re delivering the third wave of revenue management—composable, agent-ready, and AI-powered.”

End-to-End Automation from Quote to Invoice
Agentforce for Revenue is not just a quoting tool—it’s a digital co-worker that automates routine sales tasks like follow-ups, data entry, and quote approvals. It’s part of Salesforce’s larger strategy to combine human and AI agents in a unified platform to optimize the entire quote-to-cash journey.

Supporting the quoting process is Revenue Cloud’s enhanced Product Configurator, which allows for quotes with over a thousand line items. It replaces rigid, rule-heavy configurations with a guided constraint builder and bi-directional rules, significantly reducing setup and maintenance time.

Adoption Across Industries
Salesforce’s solution is already seeing real-world adoption. AdMed, Inc., a leader in pharmaceutical and biotech training, is currently piloting Agentforce.

“It’s not just about efficiency,” said Bill Francy, President of Client Services at AdMed. “We expect this tool to accelerate deal cycles, cut manual work, and unlock more closed-won opportunities.”

Why It Matters
According to a Deloitte report, 71% of B2B executives struggle with fragmented sales processes, and 13% of deals are lost due to disconnected tools. Agentforce addresses this challenge head-on, enabling reps to easily combine product subscriptions, usage-based pricing, and service offerings into a single, accurate quote.

Key Features of Revenue Cloud with Agentforce:

  • AI-Driven Quoting: Describe a quote in plain language and generate it instantly.

  • Advanced Product Configuration: Handles complex, multi-line quotes with constraint-based logic.

  • Slack & CRM Integration: Agents operate directly in Slack or from account, quote, and opportunity records.

  • Revenue Cloud Billing: Unifies data from quote to invoice for seamless billing and transparency.

  • Embedded Analytics: Tableau Next integration delivers real-time revenue insights.

Data Security and Control
All operations occur within the Salesforce Trust Layer. AI agents follow employee-specific permissions to ensure secure access and compliance with corporate policies and pricing rules.

What’s Next?
Current Salesforce CPQ customers will continue to receive full support. For those looking to transition to the new Revenue Cloud platform, Salesforce offers a robust ecosystem of partners to facilitate smooth migration.

This launch positions Salesforce at the forefront of AI-powered revenue management, redefining how businesses scale their quoting, configuration, and billing processes with speed, security, and intelligence.
