Addleshaw Goddard Advises Al Waha Land on AED 530 Million AlMarkaz Industrial Park Asset Sale to Aldar
International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised Al Waha Land LLC (Waha Land), a wholly owned subsidiary of Waha Capital, on the AED 530 million sale of integrated logistics assets at AlMarkaz Industrial Park in Abu Dhabi’s Al Dhafra region.
The assets, with a total net leasable area of 182,500 square metres, form part of the 6 million square metre AlMarkaz Industrial Park. The transaction was completed by Aldar on 30 June 2025 and is considered a significant milestone for the UAE’s real estate and logistics industries.
Developed by Waha Land, AlMarkaz Industrial Park benefits from special economic zone status, high occupancy rates, and a diverse tenant base, including international, regional, and government-related entities. The park also offers further development potential, paving the way for possible future collaborations between Aldar and Waha Capital.
