Consumer Protection Campaign
Organized by the Department of Economic Development, Dalma Mall will hosts the Consumer Protection Campaign from 16 to 19 June 2016, during the 6th Ramadani Convention, to discuss the importance of consumer rights, protection and duties. The campaign will feature 3 podiums discussing anti-fraud and consumers protection will placed at the main entrance of the mall, and will receiving consumers' complaints regarding price hikes or dissatisfaction with the quality of products or services and taking quick actions to solve them. With the assistance of Abu Dhabi Police, vehicle safety awareness will also be featured, through placing a vehicle and explaining the original versus non-original car parts.
