Dining Duets, the popular culinary collaboration series, will return for its grand finale on April 17 at ODEON Restaurant, located on the chic rooftop terrace in Jumeirah.
The evening will be hosted by Chef Lily Hoa Nguyen of Vietnamese Foodies, who will join forces with Chef Thomas Duhamel, ODEON’s co-founder, for a unique one-night-only fusion feast. The event promises an unforgettable experience, combining the elegance of French cuisine with the bold flavors of Vietnamese gastronomy in a five-course menu that blends the best of both worlds.
Previous editions of Dining Duets have seen some of Dubai’s top chefs from renowned establishments like 3Fils, Hoe Lee Kow, 11 Woodfire, and XU Dubai. This finale marks a first: a fully co-created menu by two culinary experts, offering dishes like foie gras spring rolls with citrus plum sauce, crispy crab ravioli in creamy Vietnamese bisque, and confit duck leg with citrus-ginger jus and noodles.
With only 35 seats available and bookings starting at 7pm, this intimate dinner promises to be an extraordinary culinary journey you won't want to miss.
