He was born and raised in Mumbai, India. Imran earned a degree in International Business, then entered the real estate space at 21, coming through his family’s property business. That early exposure, gave him practical understanding about how customer service works, how market patterns shift, and why building steady connections matters. Honestly those same lessons still guide how he operates today, even now.

One of the biggest inspirations in Imran’s path has been his father. His father’s commitment to helping property buyers reach their goals, really stuck with him. And seeing how pleased clients were, once they secured the right investment options, strengthened his own conviction that trust, integrity, and standout service should stay at the centre of every real estate transaction.

In 2019, Imran relocated to Dubai and stepped into one of the world’s most competitive real estate arenas. His determination, mixed with a solid grasp of how things work in the industry, soon became momentum for real results. Honestly, in just seven days after he started in the UAE, he managed to close his first deal with Emaar Properties. That early win kind of set the rhythm for what came next, in Dubai’s busy property sector, with no time to waste.

Today, Imran is the Head of Sales at Bricksfield Real Estate, and he works hand in hand with a network of 100+ investors. What he concentrates on is off-plan properties from major developers, including Emaar and Dubai Holding, and others that are equally well known. His support covers investment planning, finding suitable listings or property leads, growing a portfolio, and also strategic resale possibilities. With his direction, investors can aim for solid capital growth and long-term returns that stay practical, not just theoretical.

“Real estate isn’t only buildings and plots. It’s really about helping people shape their next chapter with confidence. My focus has always been to create enduring value, share straightforward guidance, and build relationships that are based on trust,” says Imran Latif.

Throughout his career, Imran has ended up holding a few leadership positions, like General Manager at Primadom Real Estate and also Sales Director at Visionary Real Estate. These kinds of roles sort of sharpened his know how in sales leadership, business development, day to day team management, and investor relations. Because he keeps aiming for high standards, he has earned multiple Employee of the Year awards in 2019, 2020, 2022 and 2024
