How a small Eid ride became UAE’s Biker Brotherhood tradition
What began as a small Eid gathering of motorcycle enthusiasts has grown into one of the UAE’s most anticipated annual brotherhood rides, uniting hundreds of riders with a shared mission of community and charity.
The “Biker Buddies Eid Brotherhood Ride 2026” brought together more than 350 motorcyclists from 41 nationalities and 23 clubs, highlighting the UAE’s spirit of diversity, unity, and purpose-driven events.
From humble beginnings to a national event
Launched in 2023 with just 175 riders, the initiative has seen rapid growth over the years. Today, it stands as a symbol of cross-cultural brotherhood, reflecting how a simple idea can evolve into a nationwide movement.
The ride typically follows a scenic route from Dubai to Kalba Corniche, covering around 280km, offering participants both a shared journey and a meaningful cause.
More than just a ride
According to organiser Vicky M, President of Biker Buddies Brotherhood, the event was never meant to be just about motorcycles. Instead, it was built around a deeper purpose — giving back to the community.
He emphasised that the ride represents unity beyond borders, backgrounds, and machines, with participants coming together to support those facing unseen daily challenges.
“When hundreds of bikers unite for a cause, it reflects the true strength and heart of the community,” he said.
Powered by diversity and purpose
The UAE’s multicultural environment has played a key role in the event’s success, enabling riders from different nationalities and backgrounds to connect through a shared mission of brotherhood and charity.
Even amid wider global challenges, the ride continues to grow, reinforcing its message of solidarity, compassion, and collective impact.
A ride with meaning
More than just an annual tradition, the Biker Buddies Eid Brotherhood Ride has become a platform for social good, proving that passion-driven communities can create lasting, positive change.
