Gulf Craft, one of the world’s leading yacht builders, has reported a strong performance in the first half of 2021, delivering 32 boats and securing 71 confirmed orders. This represents a 42% increase in the value of its global order book compared to the full year of 2020. Notable deliveries include the Majesty 120 and Majesty 100 superyachts, which have received global acclaim for their exceptional design and performance.
In terms of global expansion, Gulf Craft has made significant strides, especially in Europe, with new distribution channels established in key countries such as Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands. The company has also enhanced its presence in the Maldives, where it is building a new factory and expanding operations. Gulf Craft’s strategic partnerships have been pivotal, particularly with the Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC), to manufacture vessels for the Integrated National Public Ferry Network.
The unveiling of the Majesty 175 superyacht marked a significant milestone, as it became the world's largest composite production superyacht. Gulf Craft continues to focus on innovation and craftsmanship, delivering yachts that cater to a wide range of customers, from luxury superyachts to family boats.
In Dubai, Gulf Craft further strengthened its market position through a new partnership with P&O Marinas, opening a dedicated Sales Center at Mina Rashid Marina. This facility will feature a design studio, sales center, and an after-sales team, ensuring comprehensive support for Gulf Craft's superyachts.
With an eye on growth, Gulf Craft is aiming to become one of the world’s top five shipbuilders by 2025. The company’s CEO, Talal Nasralla, emphasized that demand for Gulf Craft’s yachts is increasing across key regions, including the GCC, US, Europe, and Australia.
The Majesty 175, built to the specifications of the UK’s Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA), stands out with a gross tonnage of 780 and groundbreaking engineering, including lightweight carbon fiber and vinyl ester resin.
