1. Over-talking: The word SILENT has constant letters because the word LISTEN. After you become silent by speaking less, you'll be a gift with others and learn additional.
2. Rushing: Take time and show folks what you mean, instead of raise your voice and yell or over-explain. One on one, shoulder to shoulder, be with the one who you wish, and who desires you.
3. Eye rolling: Eye rolling could be a silent punch to the gut. You recognize however it feels once it happens to you. And yet, you've got done it moreover. Perhaps even to your child! Yield of the attention roll and place compassion and love in your eyes. You'll receive a far higher response, and your understanding can create the recipient of your look feel comfortable.
