WETEX 2024 receives applications for participants and exhibitors from all over the world

The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has commenced accepting applications from exhibitors and companies for the 26th edition of the Water, Energy, Technology, and Environment Exhibition (WETEX). The event, organized by DEWA, will be held from October 1 to 3, 2024, at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

WETEX is a prominent event in the fields of sustainability, energy, water, smart cities, sustainable real estate development, green mobility, and related sectors. It attracts significant participation from major local and international companies in both the government and private sectors. The exhibition serves as an ideal platform for companies, investors, and visitors to explore the latest innovations, solutions, and technologies, exchange expertise, finalize deals, and establish partnerships. Additionally, it offers opportunities to identify market needs, explore investment prospects in local and regional markets, and connect with thousands of exhibitors, participants, officials, and decision-makers.

The 2023 edition of WETEX was a resounding success, attracting 2,600 companies from 62 countries, supported by 76 sponsors and 24 country pavilions representing 16 nations. The exhibition spanned an impressive 78,000 square meters. Alongside the exhibition, DEWA organized seminars and discussion sessions featuring numerous international experts and specialists.

WETEX 2023 saw participation from a wide range of specialized companies focused on environmental and digital transformation, smart infrastructure, smart buildings, sustainable cities, sustainable agriculture, and food and water security. The exhibition also featured leading companies in clean and renewable energy, energy storage, smart electricity meters, and energy efficiency, showcasing the latest technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and disruptive technologies to ensure energy sustainability and security.

Additionally, hundreds of public and private sector companies involved in various aspects of the water sector participated in WETEX 2023. These areas included water production, purification, treatment, desalination, water sustainability, water infrastructure, water flow control, wastewater treatment, water waste disposal, and extracting water from air.

DEWA encourages all interested exhibitors and companies to apply and be part of this significant event, which continues to drive innovation and collaboration in the sectors of water, energy, technology, and the environment.
